Shipping Procedures

Items are received in 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday) from date of order.
If you need your product before the 7-10 business days, you must pay for expedited shipping.
Please call with any time concerns!

Items over $500 are a required direct signature from the shipping company.

Express Shipments
Items are shipped next business day, and travel only on business days. Express does not deliver on Saturday unless requested (this is an extra cost).
2-Day Shipment Example:
1. Item ordered on the web site on Wednesday
2. Processed on Thursday
3. Picked up Thursday
3. Travels Friday
4. Delivers Monday

International Shipments
Items are processed in 1-5 business days. They will travel and deliver in most cases, 5-10 business days once picked up from our warehouse. For better processing of your item please know your countries rules and laws for items shipped to you. Empowered Equipment is not responsible for any cost incurred by your countries policies. Recipient is responsible for ALL duties/taxes incurred at your countries location (most common to CANADA).

We are a registered Better Business Bureau company and stand behind that logo with honor. We take the information you provide us very seriously,and want you to know that we do not sell, share, or discuss, anything you provide via the phone or internet. Returns Policy:

Empowered Equipment, LLC will accept returns on unused product within 30 days of receipt of product. The customer is responsible for return shipment arrangements and costs. In addition, there will be a 30% restocking fee deducted from the total paid price. Please understand it takes us time, man power, and money to process returns. It has been our experience that all returns can be avoided one way or another. When we receive your product in house it will be inspected for use, once approved, you will then be refunded the full cost of the purchase minus our shipping costs to you. This process is the same for "free shipping" items as well. Please understand we are also obligated to our Vendors on these stipulations.

What do I do if the package looks damaged?

Do not refuse item from shipper... Empowered Equipment will always work with you to make sure you are taken care of immediately. In most cases, the packaging can look pretty rough, but the units do not get damaged! Once you recieve the package, contact us and we will walk you through any questions and concerns.
